  These guys are awesome, and even though I don't live in Leavenworth anymore I will never take my bike anywhere else. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating with their hours and services - can't ask for better! If you're looking for a new or used bike, or just looking to get your bike serviced, I would absolutely recommend going to Santa Fe Trails.

  This guy Brendan acts quite pretentious. He did not act courteously toward us, and it seemed like it was because we were novice riders. He acted like we were beneath him, as he talked about how much a bike my brother was looking at costs after he asked him not to touch it. Then he wouldn't stop talking about it, as he made my brother guess how much it costs. Thanks Brendan, we get it. You don't care about street urchins making small purchases, we won't be back.

  I know they are going to end up reading this.
  
  I love my bike and the store is great and the staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and they do care... A lot!
  
  I bought a bike from these guys and within 24 hours damaged it. My bike was inoperable... This is where the good stuff comes in.
  
  The phone call I made to them when I walked home depressed with my 700 purchase, I was told to bring it in and they would service it, for free...
  
  Ladies and gentlemen that not even the best part, these guys stand by the products they sell and assemble for your use.
  
  Services? They'll fix just about anything. Brake cables are a free fix for them since they get worn.
  Tune Up? Bring it in... They will do it.
  Trade-in? Yeah... They will take it and credit it towards your next purchase of a bike
  
  And they guarantee that their product is the best, fit you for it, let you test drive it around the area, then sell it.
  
  My complaints.
  
  Though fair it is a bit high for someone just starting out. Associated costs of other products are predictable but make sure if you coming in to buy your ready to spend between 400+. They will help you out though and understand what a budget is and will set you up.
  
  No military discounts vets, though I am not particularly complaining for myself, they don't have any.
  
  Return policy, a bit lacking. A specialty shop usually has return policies that aren't what your used too, and if you don't trust the guys that sell this and live the life of a cyclist (of any kind) then steer clear. This is why they pretty much guarantee you will love your bike.
  
  Complaints aside they do coffee. They are a great shop, and even if your are mildly interested is cycling of any kind. See them for the advice!

  It's called a bike and coffee shop; it's definitely a bike shop first, that serves coffee. I did not see a barista at the counter while I was there. I was browsing the bikes and the gentleman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Kids bikes are upstairs, which doesn't make sense if you have a stroller because you have to carry your kids up the stairs with an unsafe railing.
  
  Overall, I would go back if I were more seriously in the market for a bike or accessories, but probably find the coffee elsewhere.
