  Went on Valentine's. Cooks slowed down everything, and the service suffered for it. The waiters are amazing, very attentive and good service as much as they can.
  They started doing karaoke which was fun.
  The food typically has larger portions and full flavor, but it can be hit and miss depending on who is cooking.

  This restaurant offers a very intimate setting amidst an industrial style decor. Of the several times that I've visited, the service has been consistently exceptional. The manager is very professional and attentive. My favorite dishes are the calamari, shrimp champagne, and the lemon desert.
  
  I highly recommend a visit to this downtown staple!

  We gave Luigi's a second chance after not getting very good food the first time. I was still left disappointed. The pizza had almost no sauce and was burned; it couldn't be eaten. The garlic knots were not completely cooked in the middle, also couldn't really be eaten. The spaghetti bolognese had almost no red sauce; it was mainly noodles and ground beef. The cheesecake was good though. I think people only go to this restaurant because it's the only choice for Italian in the area. Change your food or possibly get a new cook. This place is just not worth it.

  Worst service in town. Consistently. They advertise drink specials and they don't have the ingredients. Advertise happy hour "everyday", but the fine print says M-F. I waited 5-10 minutes at the bar for each drink when the bar stools were only 1/3 full. But, the food is good.
